By accessing or using MasterClassBox ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant the Service a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and make your content available to other users.

You must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or harmful. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Upload spam, malware, or misleading content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or interact with the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity

6. Monetization & Payments

Premium subscriptions, channel memberships, and tips are processed through Stripe. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. Pricing is subject to change with notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon termination, your content may be permanently deleted.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
